Here's a formula for an other particular broiled cheese if you wish for something a small different.

- Two pieces of multi-grained breadstuff for heartiness
- 1 tablespoonful or less of pesto (we had homemade pesto)
- 4 pieces of broiled onions
- 1/2 teaspoon each of mayonnaise and mustard
- 3 troy ounces of Monterey cheese
- 1 troy ounce of crumbled caprine animal cheese
- 1/2 tablespoonful butter
