Great Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Goat Cheese, Pesto and Grilled Onions - Oh Yum!

Here's a formula for an other particular broiled cheese if you wish for something a small different.

The other night, I wanted to do dinner with what was in my electric refrigerator without going brainsick with making a immense dinner. We had this antic sweet white potato soup made with coconut meat milk which was ace glossy and smooth (I'll post that formula soon) but I needed something more cheering in improver to just the soup and ended up making one heck of a broiled cheese sandwich.

Now we have got all made broiled cheeses so often, we sometimes bury how nice they can be if we do just a small other effort. The little other attempt in this broiled cheese is the broiled onions and caprine animal cheese with a small amount of homemade pesto spreading on one side of the bread. So how do we make this? Let me state you how. Though it might look cockamamie to share the 'recipe' on how to make a broiled cheese sandwich, I would believe everyone would cognize how to do this one, but you never know...


  • Two pieces of multi-grained breadstuff for heartiness
  • 1 tablespoonful or less of pesto (we had homemade pesto)
  • 4 pieces of broiled onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon each of mayonnaise and mustard
  • 3 troy ounces of Monterey cheese
  • 1 troy ounce of crumbled caprine animal cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoonful butter

  • Take two pieces and unfastened them up so that when placed back together, their ridges fit - to assist forestall cheese from oozing out when cooking.
